But along the way, I learned to be quiet.... and lost a bit of myself in the process. This book reminded me of who I used to be, pointed out where the quiet came from, and helped support me to be LOUD again. I feel like I have some ways to go, but man it feels good to put my feet on the ground, my head in the air and give up the crap that made me less of who I am supposed to be.
